JD : 5-10 yrs. experience as Channel sales for Computer Hardware Products

Experience handling Computer Component products like Motherboard, Graphic Card, ODD,LCD, Mini PC, Server Storage, Gaming Peripherals product

Computer component products Sales experience must

1. Do market survey such as in-house share, current market status and competitor's status by regular visit to AGPs(Dealers / Sub distributors

2. Update customers with product information such as key selling point and product technology transition. Consult with PM/CH about action plan with regards to product strategy, for examples, to select partners in the definite time frame for sell out program, special sku promotion and give customers order suggestion.-

3. Exercise continuous price follow up and feedback- implement channel partner pricelist designed by CPM and update CPM with competitor's pricing to justify price gap.-

4. Provide regular sales training to channel partners passed from CPM. Provide support for and increase sales of AGP and dealers by updating them with sales programs, tracking stocks or sell out report, training the onsite Sales of product features, discussing feasible promotion and activities and creating brand visibility.

5. Boost sales and increase exposure by promotions- launching incentive programs; leveraging MDF to co-work with partners on promotions/events and designing special offer programs with CPM. These activities are also followed by sales result and exposure rate management (on-shelf rate, push rate & shop deco). -

6. Maintain and enhance service through service satisfaction review and feedback, failed rate review and disti service condition review.-

- Weekly routine

- Weekly dealers- orders checking

- Weekly dealers- suggested order

- Weekly target hit rate update

- Sell-out target hit rate review

- Key selling points delivery checking

7. Others, e.g. cooperate with headquarter on second hand market survey
