Manager - Channel Sales - IT (8-16 yrs)

Job description :


- The position of Channel Sales Manager undertakes a variety of roles critical to the success of growing PDFs Channel reach and capabilities, contributing to new customer acquisition and revenue outcomes. You will be responsible for the acquisition of new channel partners in assigned regions and will working in depth with them, build new strategies, track and augment the overall client user base. Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder for Renewals, Solution consulting, Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to drive objectives like partner recruitment, to partner and thru-partner program & campaigns, etc.

Your Responsibilities :

- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key assigned partner accounts.

- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners expectations.

- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.

- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.

- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.

- Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.

- Regularly meet with and support our top channel partners in the region to forecast sales and align with the partner's periodic goals.

- Prepare and track progress on strategic plans for key channel partners.

- Co-sell with channel partners on large client transactions, articulating the business value of products.

What you need to succeed ?


- Over all 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 4+ years of experience managing indirect sales/channel partners in the enterprise software industry / SaaS for channel account manager roles.


- Experience with B2B software sales preferably with SaaS based product sales.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.


- Must have excellent presentation skills and be able to provide demos to US/Europe/South East Asia clients.


- Willingness to travel occasionally.


- Preferably have completed Bachelor and Master's degree in Business, IT, marketing or similar


- Ability to lift performance when deadlines require.


- Ability to multi-task, good with MS-Office
