Responsibilities :
- Identifying and developing channel partners for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably.
- Evolving strategies & activities to achieve desired business objectives & implement recognition campaigns for enhancing motivation.
- Tie- ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Evaluating performance & monitoring sales and marketing activities.
- Guide and train partners to accomplish set revenue and business target.
- Can drive the networking profile in channel segment.
- Partner upgradation.
- Revenue on monthly qtly basis.
- Having sound knowledge of FTTX, Passive IT IP
