Manager - Channel Sales - IT (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- In charge of maintaining regular communication with channel partners
- Serve as a point of contact for the designated channel partners and GitLab.
- Cultivate, preserve, and oversee connections with potential and existing channel partners.
- Develop fruitful, businesslike connections with important staff members in designated partner accounts.
- Organize the participation of GitLab staff, including management, service, and support resources, to fulfill partner expectations and performance goals.
- In conjunction with partner sales resources, sell to end users through partner organizations.
- Reach predetermined benchmarks for strategic goals and profitable sales volume in predetermined partner accounts.
- Foster excellent communication between the channel and direct teams to manage direct/channel conflict.
- Verifies adherence of partners to agreements and programs offered by Channel Partners
