- Location - Maharashtra,Pune

Opportunity for Dynamic candidates for a Channel Sales Manager Position in one of the largest Health Insurance Company with 500+ positions Pan India.

Key Highlights of the Job:-

- 5 days a week

- On Role Permanent Job

- Age limit up to 26 years

- Channel Sales Manager Profile (Should be from BFSI, Insurance - GI,LI & NBFC )

Earn - Fix - Salary of Rs,25000/Month, Petrol Expense - Rs.2000/Month, Mobile Allowances- Rs.500/Month + Incentive Over and Above the Salary

Eligibility:

- Must Be a Graduate Any Stream

- Minimum Work Experience required 9 months Upto 3 years

- No gaps in Education & Employment

- Should have a bike and license specifically for Tier 2 cities. Required age 26 (Must have smart phone)

Tier 1- Bikes Not Mandatory

1- Role incumbent is responsible for execution of the organizational strategy to ensure desired business results


2- Role incumbent is responsible for recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets.


3- Role incumbent is also accountable for Training and Development of Each Agent thus recruited


4- Incumbent is responsible for broadening & sustaining existing business base with exploration of opportunities among the Channel Partners & by increasing organizational share in the client portfolio


5- Incumbent is responsible to maintain & enhance service levels provided to the clients thus ensuring sustenance of the existing business. This would be done through follow ups, coordination with other stakeholders for approvals, payouts etc. & other administrative activities for seamless working.


6- Role incumbent is also responsible for explorations & identification of new business avenues by way of cold calling, generation of referrals or business leads & networking through agents.


7- To identify the area of improvement & enhancing business opportunity


8- Incumbent is responsible for Channel Partners engagement & networking to gain market feedback & to identify further business avenue.
