Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (6-10 yrs)

- Life insurance Sales experience will be preferred.
- General Insurance experience will be considered.
- Engage and nurture the relationship with channel partners to drive the business targets.
- Design and execute a sales plan to help the team gain maximum mindshare of the distributor, thus meeting targets and improve market share in the channel.
- Review team's progress against plan and guide them to succeed and grow in their careers.
- Create desired sales behavior in the team by using the digital sales management process.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate
-Age- 28 to 38 yrs
-Work Experience: Total 6 years plus sales experience.
- Out of which minimum 2 years of team management experience is essential.
- BFSI Industry experience will be preferred.
Required Skills: Strong sales planning, Team management and High achievement drive.
