Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
We are in search of a proficient and experienced Channel Sales Manager to help us grow our business. You will also act as a liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities :
- New agent recruitment, assessment, and training.
- Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
- Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients.
- Ensuring that everyone on staff manages their time well.
- Maintaining staff compliance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.
- Examining the current market and industry trends and applying what is learned to business - improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated individual
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
- Min 3 years of skilled sales and marketing/ Insurance Sales
