Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partner expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Any graduate
- Experience : Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
- Ability to handle team
- Ability to meet deadlines
