Job description:

- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members

- Answering all the questions of the clients related to the product and/or services.

- Maintaining a positive working environment.

- Lead insurance agents and track performance.

- Expanding client base by communicating with the clients.

- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them

- The Business Manager has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the sales target

- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.

- Training the team on Industry standards with the support of training department of Life Insurance Companies to make sure the team is fully equipped to sell Life Insurance products in the market.

- Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.

- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.

- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.

Required Candidate profile:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream

- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2+ Years

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
