Job Description :
- Identification, recruitment, and administration of advisers from the appropriate place.
- Advisors should be educated and inspired to offer a greater understanding of the market and goods. Keep an eye on and evaluate the agent's performance.
- Increase their revenue as much as possible.
- Meet with clients frequently to maintain standards application of a sales plan by using market segmentation, expand the market's reach and participation.
- Recruit new clients to boost sales. Important Performance Indicators Agent Recruitment Find Insurance Advisors and Motivate, Suggest, Generate Leads, and Advise Them.

Candidate Profile :
- Channel: Channel of the agency.
- On Roll for Payroll.
- Minimal experience. Required: 2 years of field sales and marketing experience.
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + incentive and additional benefits (defer as determined by your interview).
- Requirement: Mini. Graduation is required.
