Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for an Executive who can help build a business by identifying new business potential and selling products to them.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire and train new salespeople
- Maintains client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance, as well as researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and customer needs.
- Thorough understanding of negotiating strategies and marketing tactics
Candidate Profile:
- While contacting leads, perform as much research as you can about them
- 2 Years in the Banking or insurance sector
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills
- Should be Graduated and above
- Age between 22 to 40
