Job Description :
- New agent recruitment, screening, and training.
- Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
- Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients.
- Ensuring that everyone on staff manages their time well.
- Maintaining conformance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.
- Examining the current industry and market trends and applying what is learned to business improvement.
Requirements & skills :
- The age Limit is 21 to 38 years.
Education Qualification :
- Graduate in any stream.
- Experience at 2 years of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
- 2 - Wheeler/4 - Wheeler must.
- Android-based smartphone.
- Good communication skill
