Job Description

1} Roles and Responsibilities Handling a team and generating business through channel partner.

2} Driving business through Branches in the Circle

3} Responsible for targets allocated to the Branches

4} Driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications

5} Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets

6} Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market

7} Build relationship with the business partners and address their queries

8} Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Post Graduate

9} 2-10 years of Experience in Life Insurance Industry; Having consistent performance with proven track records.

10} Team Management Skills

11} Well groomed, should have good communication skills

12} Should be mobile and willing to travel and lead the team across the branches

13} Should be able to deliver under pressure situations.

14} High on achievements and should be aggressive to meet the sales target

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduation - In any Stream

- Age - 21 to 38 years

- Good Communication Skills
