Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruitment specialist to join our team the recuritment specialist to will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process form sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
Key Responsibilities :
- Regular visit on field for sale of Life Insurance policies with agents or individual.
- The candidate will be responsible for handling the sales of the project.
- Develop strategic plans and initiatives to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer base, and increase market share.
- Achieve the business target each month for generating new business and advisor recruitment
- Be the first point of contact for the customer to authenticate the concerns raised and validate with authorities
Requirements:-
- qualification:- Any Graduate
- Age:- 21 to 38 year
- CTC:- 3.15 TO 3.45 LPA +Variable + other benefits
- good communication skills

- Technical knowledge related to the industry or field of work.
- Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
