We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to work in a competitive environment, we are hiring for our client. our client is a well-known life insurance provider and provides good career growth opportunities.
Roles And Responsibility :
- Responsible for an increasing share of business by offering the entire range of products by achieving Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual targets.
- Achieving goal sheet & contest achievement on a weekly basis.
- Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance.
- it meets the customer's requirements.
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
Candidate Profile :
Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
Age: 21 to 38 years.
