Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
You will be responsible for driving sales activities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the team's overall performance aligns with the company's goals.
Responsibilities:
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Makes contact with potential customers to discuss insurance policies and products.
- Monitor and review agents' performance. Help them achieve m business through customers
Required candidate :
