Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- To recruit train & develop a team of insurance agent to create business opportunity
- Monitor and review agents' performance. Help them achieve m business through customers
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute channel marketing programs, and initiatives
Required candidate :
- Min 2 to 3 years if experience in Field sales
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- Two-Wheeler Required
- Good stability.
