Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

The Insurance Agency Channel Representative is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with independent insurance agencies to promote and sell insurance products. They will work closely with agency partners to identify opportunities, develop business plans, and execute strategies to achieve growth targets. The role involves meeting with clients and agency partners, analyzing market trends, and developing creative solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with independent insurance agencies to promote and sell insurance products.

- Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve growth targets.

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Work closely with agency partners to develop and execute business plans to achieve mutual objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting, product development, and marketing, to provide the best solutions for clients.

- Provide training and support to agency partners to improve their knowledge and understanding of insurance products and services.

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the insurance industry and regulatory environment.

- Min 2 year experiences sales and marketing

- Must be graduation
