Channel Sales Manager

Responsibilities :
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience in sales for 1 + year and work on field.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
CTC Maximum : 4.50 L.P.A
CTC Minimum : 2.75 L.P.A
