Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
We have urgent openings for the position of Business Sales Manager with most of the leading life Insurance Companies in Agency Vertical.
Channel - Agency
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Recruiting a team of advisors on commission basis.
- Provide training and Guidance to Advisor regarding the products.
- Identifying the prospective customers and Make them aware of the role.
- Motivating them to generate the business To achieve the monthly targets.
- Build and maintain Strong relationship with customer
- Seek new customers and increase sales.
- Joint field work along with business associates and advisors to source insurance policy
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduation in any stream
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of work experience in Sales Development role.
CTC: UP to 5.50.000 + incentives
- Experience in the life insurance industry / any other industry in sales role is necessary
- Local Area Candidates having the knowledge of potential market will be preferred
- Good Communication Skills.
