Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for growing company sales by managing and supporting relationships with channel partners.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage channel partners.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Keep partners informed about products.
- Set sales targets, objectives, and performance metrics for channel partners.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to marketing guidelines.
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree is a plus).
- Understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Minimum 2 years Work experiences in banking industry specializing in Sales area.
- Must be a local candidate
- Age range: 22 to 38 years
