Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
As an Associate Agency Development Manager, your role will be to support the Agency Development Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with partner agencies and driving their growth and success.
Responsibility :
- Support the Agency Development Manager in developing and implementing strategic business plans for agency partners to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with agency partners, offering support and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with agency partners to identify business opportunities and contribute to the development of innovative strategies to expand their client base.
- Work closely with agency partners, providing training and support to enhance their sales and marketing capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and support agency growth.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate
- Min 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities.
