Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional for the Position of Business Development Manager in India's Largest Insurance Industry.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and managing a highly motivated team of financial advisors
- Develop awareness and promote the company's products to the interested customers
- Build and maintain a healthy relationship with your sales team and customers
- Possess deep knowledge of life insurance products and guide your team
- Identify the financial requirement of the customers and suggest them insurance products accordingly
- Address issues with clients and customers by offering innovative, effective sales and marketing solutions
Candidates Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Experience Required: 2 + Years of Experience Required in Sales and Marketing in Any Sectors
- Age Criteria: 24 to 38 Years
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel to different locations and work at flexible hours
