- Shown expertise in channel sales management, ideally in the home dcor or furniture sectors.
- Strong familiarity with retail operations, distribution systems, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating abilities, with the capacity to establish and preserve connections with channel partners.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and accelerating revenue development with channel partners.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to evaluate consumer behaviour, market trends, and sales data to guide decisions.
- The ability to recognise and seize commercial opportunities through strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with advertising and marketing tactics that increase demand and product visibility.
- Competence with sales tools, data analytics platforms, and CRM applications.
- The capacity to prioritise work efficiently, operate alone, and oversee several projects at once.
