Our client is a well known brand in the Electronic & Electrical component manufacturing market, providing products and services to clientele ranging from automation giants to large real estate owners.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Identifying opportunities for increasing market penetration via new channels and partnerships.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for allocated channels.
- Tracking cross-selling and up-selling opportunities by keeping in close contact with existing partners.
- Collaborating internally with marketing, technical and product teams to establish a robust outreach plan.
- Managing sales pipelines and identifying target channels for launching new solutions.
- Leading market research teams and identifying the high-performing channel partners to nurture those relationships further and establishing new ones.
- Delivering monthly and annual reports to senior management.
The Profile:
- You have at least 6 years experience within corporate channel sales, ideally within the Electronics / Electrical manufacturing industry.
- You have a well established network in the region and have the capability to build solid pipelines.
- You have a good understanding of the existing competition and market offerings in this space.
- You have experience designing and implementing channel sales strategies, with a solid understanding of related principles & best practices.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
- You can build and mentor high performing teams & professionals.
