Role:

The role involves developing effective communication between team leaders and team members, appointing new channel/franchise/affiliate partners, handling call centre and sales teams, training team members regularly, driving student admission numbers, identifying market opportunities, conducting seminars, maintaining relationships with universities and officials, and increasing admissions in all developed franchise and business partners.


- The responsibilities also include developing short and long-term strategies to grow the business, coordinating with various departments, maintaining territorial market and competitor awareness, and acquiring and developing franchisees across the region.

Key Responsibilities :

- Appointing new partners / Digital aggregators in the territory from existing entities working in distance education, upskilling, Test prep institutes (CAT / MAT/ SSC/ Coaching institute/ 12th Schools), Associated institutes like fashion design / Air Hostess etc.

- Appointing key partners like Ed tech players with bigger team sizes like 20 to 100 and more

- Working closely with the partners in strategizing lead generation activities (offline & online), nurturing, target setting and achievement.

- Working closely with partner counsellors in association with the TeamLease coordinator in day-to-day conversion, Target achievement, issue resolution

- Overseeing partners month on monthly invoicing and payouts

- Needs to be target oriented on a daily, weekly, monthly and batch basis

- Also, focus on micro penetration by onboarding mass market last mile connects like tuition centres, PG owners etc.

- Identifying Upskilling needs for Corporates, Reaching out to the right connections directly or through Digital

Functional / Technical Skills:

- MS Office, Sales skills, Counselling Skills


Education & Experience:

- MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred

- Very good communication skills (both oral & written)

- Team management

- Able to work independently

- Patient & dynamic personality

- Willing to take challenges

- Regional language proficiency required

- Can carry a team, able to work with other functions, resolve conflicts

- Relationship Management

- Communication Skills
