Manager - Channel Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

A sales officer is in charge of selling policies to potential customers. As the Senior Sales Executive must both prospect for new customers and cultivate relationships with existing ones, the job typically requires a combination of sales and customer service skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- At least 2-4 years of experience in sales and business development.

- Age: 22 to 45

- Must be local candidate

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Experience in managing a sales team is a plus

Responsibilities and Roles:

- Periodic performance analysis, performance counselling and mentoring, fortnightly PRPs with the RA and ASMs, and facilitation of performance management.

- Create and implement recognition platforms in collaboration with others in order to build a capable and motivated team using company resources.

- Daily updates in accordance with Branch of Focused Business Parameters-Business Plan, Branch Seller Activation and Persistence, and thus tracking performance across all Sectors.

- Agency Partner and Agency Business module management.

- Agency Channel Leader in all aspects of business and hiring.

- Ensure that the open position is properly hired and placed.

- Managing the Agency channel's monthly business target.

- Managing Agency Channel team building.
