Manager - Channel Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
- We are in search of a proficient and experienced Channel Sales Manager to help us grow our business. You will also act as a liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities :
- New agent recruitment, assessment, and training.
- Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
- Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients.
- Ensuring that everyone on staff manages their time well.
- Maintaining staff compliance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.
- Examining current market and industry trends and applying what is learned to business improvement
Qualification : Minimum two years of experience in sales and marketing in the BFSI
