Position: Channel Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to drive sales generation through the DSA channel
- Work closely with Banks/NBFC's officials and achieve new business
- Identification & recruitment of BDEs, Agency / DSA force up to expectation.
- Achieve New Business targets (customer # & Volume) time to time
- Achieve Activation targets month on month.
- Conducting periodic performance reviews with BDEs
- Establish sales reporting mechanisms as per company standards
Key Requirement :
- Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Prior experience of working with banks/NBFC's/DSA is must
