Job Description :
- Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
- Coach guide agents to cross sell and grow their business
- Make individual agents grow Year On Year
- Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing commission payments to agents
- Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
- Support/guide the producer in all activities related policy services
- To recruit and appoint agents for Gen Ins business
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
- Qualification required
- Problem solving skill
- Excellent communication skill
