Manager - Channel Partner/Sales - IT (4-6 yrs)

We are looking for a motivated versatile and target driven - Sales and Business Development Manager- to join our Business Development team and lead the on-ground outreach, acquisition, and onboarding and analytics product suite.

Responsibilities :

1. Understand the product suite and drive the penetration of the product in the target market through customer acquisition and adoption

2. Craft customised value proposition for the customer and how our solutions can help them specifically

3. Increase the sales funnel by reaching out to companies in the target market sectors through multiple channels and working closely with the inside sales team

4. From Acquisition of any client to Transaction of First Payment by selling Shipsy Modules

5. Ensure fast onboarding of clients by clearly communicating requirements and customisation to the product team

6. Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to cross-sell and upsell products that can create value for them

7. Understand the EXIM, areas for value creation and different market components

8. Define and meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets with an emphasis on quick onboarding

Requirements:

1. Motivated, self-driven individual who is looking to work in a lean and dynamic team

2. Excellent negotiation skills

3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Good knowledge of making the report

5. Ideally, have experience in the technology industry prospecting and selling either software or solution-led deals at the CXO level

6. Preferred proven SaaS or technology sales experience, in an Indian B2B market context

7. Preferred proven ability in penetrating small and large corporations to find decision-makers.

8. Preferred experience in the Import /Export /Logistics/Shipping line/ Freight forwarding/CHA
