- 8-10 yrs relevant B2B marketing exp, campaign management (planning, scheduling, end to end execution) and content creation and management for marketing campaigns.
- Experience in marketing automation tools must, Any marketing automation tool like - (Unica, Acton, Hubspot, Adobe Campaign Manager, Zoho salesforce,pardot, eloqua etc.
- Experience of 2 yrs in marketing automation a must, 18 months People management experience.
Industry - BPO/ITES is a must or a marketing shared services setup.
- Excellent Communication Skills. Involves interaction with UK Leadership team.
- Total 8-15 years of experience preferred.
- Team management experience -18 months is a must. Experience of managing Team size of 5 and above.
- Minimum 2years of marketing automation tools (preferably Pardot) experience is a must
- Previous experience as a manager in ITES/BPO is mandatory, Experience of managing marketing campaigns and understanding the different buyer journeys
- Understanding of how to use marketing technology for delivering and executing against marketing campaigns
- Experience of marketing content types and designing programs that offer customers the right piece of content at the right time in the right way and aligned to the sales funnel to maximize campaign performance and results.
- Commercial and creative acumen and attention to detail and a passion for ROI
- Strong team player with ability to build effective relationships quickly
- Strong stakeholder management
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to analyze and present statistical data using spreadsheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
