Manager- Buying & Merchandising

We are recruiting for a reputed company based in Mumbai.

Major Roles and Responsibility :

- Responsible for Men's Category entirely for Offline Partners (LFS).

- Responsible for finalising a trendy & commercial season range keeping in mind seasonal trends, business growth plan, category growth mix, price point mix etc.

- Handling the Category P&L management and responsible for the growth of category.

- Create an collection of products which is in line with the company's Sales and Margin Plan

Improvement of Margins.

- Planning the brand collection. Keeping stocks in control / ample pipeline / request for refills.

- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that business goals are aligned across functions.

- Responsible for the top line and bottom line for their respective category.

- Working with product & design team on seasonal forecasts & design/trend directions to be followed for the upcoming ranges.

- Working closely with Business head to finalise business plan based on past data analysis & future business projections.

- Responsible for growing business through full price sell

- Managing Merchandising - Ensuring availability of product across stores in correct category mix by managing/controlling stock allocations & replenishments.

- Monitoring business by way of conducting weekly/monthly/quarterly business review & doing course correction.
