Manager - Business Development - US Staffing (5-12 yrs)
Role : Business Development Manager (US Staffing)
Location : DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal, Hyderabad
Timing : 9am to 6pm EST
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager.
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing business strategies, networking with potential clients, and working as an recruiter.
- The role also involves in Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of Business Development, client acquisition, lead generation experience in US IT staffing industry.
- Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.
- Ability to build client relationships - have long term clients who is willing to work with you and who has gained trust over the years working with you.
- Proven record of successfully signing up contracts with new Tier 1's/clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and excellent problem-solving ability.
- Preferably who has worked as a US IT Recruiter in the past.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
