Sales and Customer Engagement :

- Actively engage with potential customers, contractors, and distributors to promote and sell building materials products.

- Conduct Product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Product Knowledge :

- Stay informed about the Company's products, including features, specifications, and applications.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.

Sales Targets :

- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets as set by the Sales manager or company leadership.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share within the assigned territory.

Customer Service :

- Provide excellent Customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Respond promptly to Customer communications and follow up on sales inquiries.

Market Intelligence :

- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to provide insights to the Sales manager and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

- Report on competitor activities and market trends.

Collaboration with Team :

- Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as marketing, production, and logistics teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination.

- Participate in regular sales team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Administrative Tasks :

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance to the sales manager.

Continuous Learning :

- Actively participate in training sessions to enhance Product knowledge, sales skills, and stay updated on industry best practices.
