Manager - Business Development - University Admission Sales (0-10 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities in Detail

1. Lead Generation :

- Searching for potential youths(17 years to 35 years), especially in rural areas, whoever is academically week, financially weak, socially disconnected(like tribal youths), poor in English and computer knowledge (starting from 10th standard to Ph.D. level) who don't have proper infrastructure support like from where and how to start my career.

- Visiting different Schools and college campuses, Training, Coaching Centers, and Village Panchayat Houses, and generating leads of potential youths/candidates whoever is confused about their education, and career.

- Generating leads through phone/chat, social media advertisements, job fairs, career fairs, education fairs, and community counseling.

- Sourcing potential youths, especially, teenage candidates such as 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, and undergraduates, graduates, and postgraduate passed/failed/backlog/academically drop out students, and suggest/convince them to go for Apprenticeship with Higher Education.

2. Counseling :

- Counseling of the youths about the Government apprenticeship-based courses, programs, their benefits, and importance, giving presentations about the company and course by phone, google/zoom/in-person meet, or visitweak their location or university or college campus.

- Suggesting the right career course/program and career option according to the hobbies and subject matter knowledge of the teenagers and youths(16 years to 45 years)

- To educate and counsel the masses/youths, either via call/chat/in-person meeting/social gathering/job fair/educational fair/webinar/seminar about the importance of industrial education or practical-based education or skill-specific education and addressing their concerns.

- Sourcing, mentoring, and enrolling students, and persuading and converting students to take admission in apprenticeship-related courses.

- Counsel students/ suggest the right course, and university, to the students for enrollment, and convert them into apprenticeship-based admissions. Finally meeting the counseling targets of the 1500-2000 candidates individually.

3. Admission/enrollment

- Admission of teenage/youths in Industrial based courses-especially those who have been left due to any reason

- Explaining the NETAPS Foundation's 37+ features/benefits to the prospective trainees, especially those who are academically weak, economically weak, failed, backlogged, socially cut off like tribal's, dummy degree and diploma holders, computer & English illiterate or poor candidates, and transgender (LGBTQUIs) like if they will go for industrial higher education with NETAPS Foundation they will get benefits like - 10 Lakhs Insurance, 12000-35000 Per Month Stipend while learning, Free Foreign Language Training, IIT Training, Open Book Exam Writing facilities, Apprenticeship Certificate by the Govt of India, Experience Certificate by the company, Free Training of English & computer, pay 75% course fee after getting a salary, Food, Transport, Hostel, Incentive, Bonus, Appraisal, Promotion, Abroad Opportunity, , and many more.

- Explaining/guiding/mentoring/counseling the youths as well as their parents about if he/she takes admission to any industrial course through NETAPS Foundation, he/she will not only have bookish knowledge but get real-time industry experience and a fixed salary per month. Apart from this, it would have given the facility for the students to take full-time or online university degrees, computer-based classes, and exams. If a student comes from the BPL category, then a scholarship is also given to him.

- Hence, by mass counseling, and mentoring - meeting weekly, monthly, and admissions quarterly targets of the number of admission of the self as well as teams, and taking P&L responsibilities of the territory, with the help of the Team, Vendors, Channel Partners, Franchise Partners.

4. Channel Marketing/Vendor Development

- Creating new education entries through vendors and channel partners across India by visiting schools, colleges, coaching or training institutes and - meeting with principals, Teachers, HoDs, and Coaching Centers Heads of the respective institutes and converting them into channel partners or admission partners or admission vendors.

5. Franchise Development:

- Setting new franchise offices across all the districts of India/ state. Negotiating on franchise terms, setting targets for them, and making P&L from the respective franchise office

- Creating entrepreneurs in society - helping them set up their office, recruiting and training the team members of the franchise partners.

6. Corporate Marketing:

Proposal writing for campus hiring, recruitment proposal writing, PowerPoint Presentation for corporates, attrition solution, contract negotiation and signing.

Job Expectation

- Setting their own/self target, team target(if assigned) generating revenue, and meeting admission and placement goals.

- Recruitment of the youths for apprenticeship degree program/earn while you learn to program, enrolling those students in any higher degree or diploma program, offered by NETAPS' partner universities colleges, and companies at minimal supervision.

- Ready to do follow-up, up with the students and parents through phone and email for their fee payment and fee EMI payment.

- Ready to learn new skills like social media marketing, YouTube marketing, real creation, power of mouth advertising, digital marketing, etc.

- Candidates having exposure/working knowledge of the social sector/education sector - how to control crime, how to fill the gap of technical education, how to fill the gap in employment, how to control societal problems such as illiteracy, financial problems, unemployment, equality, diversity & inclusion.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Should have experience in team handling, vendor and franchise development, corporate marketing, team recruitment, training, P&L, self and team target setup, email drafting, and proposal writing.

- Ability to speak - English, Hindi, and another regional language and at least one year of sales and marketing (b2b, b2c, channel marketing) or recruitment experience, campus or mass hiring recruitment experience will be preferred.

- Experience in entry and outreach sales from ed-tech, e-learning, and education industry, apprenticeship students recruitment.

- Must be able to operate in an independent environment and help the founders/stakeholders/vendors to fulfill their vision.

- Prior experience in bulk recruitment, fresher's hiring will be given preference.

Qualifications

- Any Post Graduate /MBA/MSW /BED/Med/PhD with excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Graduate candidates one-year interested in working as Full Time employees with Higher Education in MBA /PhD will be given preference.

- Any candidate with b2b /b2c sales and marketing experience will be given preference.
