Job Summary :

Job Description:

1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets.

2. Showcasing to prospective customers about our global and local capabilities.

3. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence

4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

6. Identify new business avenues & markets, and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

7. Collaborate with staff members and fellow managers to create, modify and implement goals, procedures, policies and objectives when the opportunity presents itself.

8. Monthly/Quarterly reviews with the customer.

9. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

10. Strong business sense and industry expertise

Experience:

1. Proven knowledge and understanding of W&D processes and systems.

2. A flexible approach to work and the ability to work under pressure

3. Good team working skills as well as being customer focused

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Effective organizational and multitasking skills
