JOB SUMMARY :
Leading Telecom MNC with an employee count of more than 2300, employees is hiring for Franchise Support Manager who will be directly responsible for generating franchise business for the company and driving end-to-end sales of the product from prospecting to closure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for franchise expansion at all Punjab level.
- Met Up with potential clients for sales pitch of the product at their showroom.
- Mining, scoping, lead gen and closure of new franchises.
- Set and achieve franchise expansion plans.
- Liaising with existing and new franchise for setting up product requirements at their end.
- Develop a thorough understanding of product, customer categories and competitors.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Use Sales Playbook and reach out to the relevant contacts in the accounts assigned to you by sending - cold but highly personalised mails.
- Reachout to inbound leads in a timely fashion. Customize the sales pitch according to the prospects and the situation.
- Responsible for closures for the accounts assigned to you. Prepare well for the demos. Negotiate and handle objections raised by the client independently.
- Review work done by your team. Train and help your team to get better at prospecting/closures.

- BBA
