Manager - Business Development/Tele- Marketing - ERP (1-7 yrs)
- Lead generation from direct sources, telemarketing and with the ----help of telemarketing executives .
- Qualifying the enquiries based on the suitability
- Co-ordinating with Sales team for arranging the Demo's to the prospects.
- Co-ordinating with the prospects to Close the Deals.
- Writing tele marketing scripts and customer answer sheets.
- Implementing Telesales strategies.
- Managing the telesales team and assisting junior staff.
- Monitoring the performance of the telesales team.
- Setting weekly and monthly targets for BDE and TSE.
- Learn and understand the main benefits of ERP Products
- Work closely with the Sales team to arrange webinars on ERP Products.
- Hire and Train BDE and TSE.
- Oversee the daily workflow and scheduling of telemarketing staff.
- Monitor and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and --compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
- Prepares and presents weekly and monthly reports to Senior Sales Manager/ CEO
- Work closely with Digital marketing team for In-bound lead qualification
