- The Company is a global materials solutions provider and a manufacturer of plastics, latex binders, and synthetic rubber.
The Assignment (The Role / Job Description):
Job Purpose Summary
- Sales and Business Development in both Synthetic Rubber and Latex Binder.
- Develop the rubber business in India and Neighboring Countries. Build/develop the distribution set-up to access small customers.
Essential Functions
- Achieve the sales plan of Binder business and key customers
- Account management with the existing Synthetic Rubber accounts to meet the profitability and growth targets
- New business development: 1) developing new tyre accounts 2) strategize developing the target market and 3) analyzing the need and potentially establishing/ running a distribution set-up in India
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Technical background for coating product and Latex is preferred.
- Knowledge of B2B account management
- Ability to build networks internally and externally
- Work independently and proactively in a distributed international organization
The Person (Candidate Details):
- 3-5 years- experience in both Synthetic Rubber and Binder business (Paper/Board industry)
- Min 3 years- and proven experience in account management in the field of B2B sales, preferably in chemical or process industry, hunter mindset.
- Min 3 years- experience in an international or tier 1 Indian corporation
Total Work Experience:
8 to 15 Yrs Experience
