Job Description :

The Business Development Manager will support the Business Development Director in driving business growth and expansion for AM CommuniSphere.


- This role will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, managing relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the development and execution of business development strategies.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and experience in the events industry with selling sponsorship and delegate sales.

Responsibilities :


- Identify and prospect potential clients in the real estate, hospitality, travel, and tourism sectors.

- Leverage experience in the events industry to sell sponsorships and delegate sales, maximizing revenue opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with the Business Development Director in developing and executing business development strategies.

- Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to generate leads and promote the company's services.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Negotiate contract terms and pricing in collaboration with the Business Development Director.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients.

- Track and report on sales activities, revenue generation, and business development metrics.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the real estate, hospitality, travel, or tourism industries, with a focus on the events industry.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to sell sponsorships and delegate sales in the events industry.
