Manager - Business Development - Staffing & Recruitment Firm (4-8 yrs)
Role Description :
- This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager in Staffing & Recruitment.
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for strategising and executing business development plans, identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- They will also be responsible for conducting market research, analysing industry trends, and providing insights to drive business growth.
- This role is located in Goregaon and is an on-site position.
- The incumbent should have good knowledge of the recruitment and staffing industry
- Good existing contact with HR/Head of Talent acquisition/CHRO or decision makers who are involved with recruitment.
- The is an individual contributors role with targets assigned, should have been a target achiever in past organisations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge with BFSI, IT, ITes, Retail, Manufacturing, and other domains is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the staffing and recruitment industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
