Job Description :
- Ability to build business relationships - Have long term clients who is willing to work with you and who has gained trust over the years working with you.
- Proven record of successfully signing up contracts with new clients and placing resources on various projects.
- Ability to setup, manage and lead your own recruiting team as well as mentor them.
- Candidate must have strong background with USA Staffing.
- Should have a Working experience with US Clients/Vendors.
- Good Database & Rapport with Tier 1 Vendors, Implementations Clients & Direct Client.
- With mini 8 years of experience in BDM.
- Experience: 8 - 14 years Location: Hyderabad
- Salary hike will be give based on their last CTC, experience and interview feedback.
