We have an excellent opening for "Business Development Manager" for "Bangalore" location.

Experience : 3 to 5 Years.

Job location : HSR layout,sector 1.

NOTE : Should have hands on experience in staffing or HR industry in getting the new client requirements.

We are seeking highly motivated candidates (Male/Female) with pleasant personality and having good interpersonal and communication skills for business development, generate new business & sustain current business, understand the client's needs and regular follow ups with the clients to close the deals, identifying and exploring new markets and tap new business.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Responsible for New Client Acquisition

- Developing, building and managing a client base.

- Responsible to identify and giving presentation to new customers.

- Revenue Generation and achieve the Target.

- Effectively coordinating with other team members to maximize efficiency.

- Utilizing internal and external resources to effectively manage revenues.

- Lead generation

- Sending proposal to prospective clients

- Presentation skills

- Closing deals

Desired candidate profile :

- Must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of corporate market.

- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.

- Comfortable in a competitive, high-performance target-driven environment.

- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills with pleasing personality.

- Aggressive attitude and keen to chase the Revenue Targets.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in staffing business development
