Responsibilities:

- The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading and managing the sales team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the staffing industry, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Work closely with other departments, such as recruitment and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Proven experience as a sales Manager in the staffing industry.

- Strong understanding of staffing and workforce solutions.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Work in Pan India.
