Job Description:-

Experience : 8 years

Notice Period :- Immediate joiner to 60 days

-Roof Top Project Experience is mandatory-

- Execute the organization level strategy for the rooftop solar business model and deliver on individual and team targets.

- Conduct market analysis to assess the demand for rooftop projects in specific regions or industries. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting rooftop development.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet business objectives.

- Connect with power consumers daily to analyze the potential for a rooftop solar project.

Analyze electricity bills, credit ratings, and roof images (through Google) for filtration of clients.

- Be able to coordinate with the legal team for getting the PPA agreement in place along with terms and commercials.

- Will be responsible for closing the deals from the initial pitch till the final signed agreements.

- Ensure timely payments for CAPEX projects and project security for OPEX projects.

Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, outlining the benefits of rooftop projects, including energy savings, environmental impact, and financial incentives.

- Provide regular reports to management on business development activities, including sales pipeline, revenue projections, and market insights.
