- Have 2 to 4 years of experience in software solutions, IT Services, Staff Augmentation, ERP sales & Business Development.

- Skilled in cold calling, consultative selling, negotiations, forming alliances and partnering with others.

- Outstanding ability to professionally and effective delivery presentations to small and large groups.

- Handling ERP (SAP) & IT Service for given region and achieving targets

- Handling high volume phone sales, email inquiries and referrals to develop sales.

- Building strong relationships with existing accounts, providing services when necessary.

- Handled interactions and establish relationships with senior leadership on the client's side to increase outreach and create opportunities.

- Must have had experience in cross selling and upselling across the key accounts.

- Create sales plans to maximize revenues in certain territories.

- Responsible for lead generation through telephone & personal meetings etc.

- Managing complete sales cycle from lead generation till closure.

- Responsible for business development through sales.

- Able to understand the SME and Enterprise markets and to generate prospects through web research and industry connections.

- Expedites management reports on a daily basis.

- Forecasting & planning the daily & weekly sales activities.

- Provide customers with product information.

- Meeting Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Targets.

- Generate inquiries and sales lead through various channels including leveraging existing contacts and actively participating on various networking sites.

- Identifying, developing and managing business opportunities in the domestic market.

- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development.

- Should have Experience In staff augmentation and should be able to have account management exp.

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
