Manager - Business Development/Sales - Recruitment Business (3-8 yrs)
We are hiring for our own consulting firm.
5 Days Working Organisation.
Timings : 9 AM - 6 PM
Job Role :
- Generating new clientele.
- Building a credible pipeline of prospective clients, understanding client needs, develop customized client proposals, deliver client presentations.
- Negotiating and authorizing contracts with clients, business entity and do all formalities of Empanelment
- Taking clients appointments, meeting clients as and when required.
- Getting requirement from the companies and assigning them to the recruitment team maintain the business relation and get business on regular basis.
- Follow up with the existing clients regarding vacancies and payments upon closures and thus maintaining a good relationship.
- Good communication skills.
