Manager - Business Development/Sales - IT Services (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the USA market and drive revenue growth for our IT services.

2. Identify and prospect potential big enterprises to generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.

3. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations to maximize sales opportunities.

5. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for expansion.

6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to the specific requirements of each prospect.

7. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the clients.

8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends to the management team.

9. Stay updated with the latest developments in IT services and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings in the market.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager with a focus on international sales, particularly within the USA market.

- 3-6 years of experience in selling IT services to big enterprises.

- Demonstrated success in lead generation and achieving sales targets.

- Experience in selling emerging technologies is highly desirable.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively
