Roles and responsibilities :
- The position holder will be an individual contributor.
- Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients.
- Ensure clients are using and deriving benefits from our software products.
- Ready to partake in exhibitions or events to generate more sales.
- Ready to work on a field visit or pro-active marketing call if a qualified lead has not been generated for a period of time.
- Maximize revenue by upselling other services and achieve. Fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenue targets.
- Systematic follow-up and time-bound closures.
- Digital Marketing Exposure is added advantage.
- Prompt resolution of complaints.
- Daily 2-3 in person meetings (F2F) with clients onsite
